Sales Leader at Couve Creative

Are you a high-energy, results-driven salesperson ready to be a key player in a growing agency? Couve Creative is looking for a Sales Leader to take charge and help drive our next phase of growth. Inspired by strategies in The Ultimate Sales Machine, we’re focusing on building a team of top performers who know how to prospect effectively, add real value to clients, and close with confidence. This role isn’t just about making sales—it’s about owning the process and helping shape the future of our agency.

  • Commission options: Choose between base + 10% commission or a full 20% commission structure if you’re confident in your closing skills.
  • High-value projects: With project values ranging from $5K to $80K, this role offers serious earning potential.
  • Growth path: As the first hire in a new sales team, you’ll have a chance to directly shape our approach and move into future leadership.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic prospecting: We’re not about “spray and pray” here. Use targeted, relationship-driven strategies to find leads who truly need what we offer.
  • Deliver value from the start: Build trust and consult with clients on how Couve Creative can solve their biggest digital challenges, from small business websites to high-impact e-commerce solutions.
  • Close with confidence: Own the sales process from start to finish, using a structured approach that highlights ROI and long-term benefits.

You bring:

  • 3+ Years in sales: Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally within digital solutions.
  • A process-driven mindset: You’re organized and familiar with CRM systems, tracking every lead to maximize conversion.
  • Goal orientation: You know how to hit targets, overcome objections, and move deals through the pipeline.

Pay: Up to $140,000.00 per year
