THIS JOB IS COMMISION BASED & BONUS PAY
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive managers to identify business needs and develop recruitment of client strategies
- Source and attract clients through various channels, including social media, and professional networks
- Screen all opportunities and capture al great opportunities.
- Conduct calls with clients to secure the deal
- Coordinate and schedule cleanings with executive manager and cleanings
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the process of securing the clients
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of OH

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, such as UltiPro, for managing candidate data and tracking recruitment metrics
- Experience in talent management, including succession planning and employee development
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, hiring managers, and external stakeholders
- Ability to generate leads and build a pipeline of qualified clients
- Knowledge of employment contracts and legal requirements related to cleaning

Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Proven track record in sales
- Experience in outside sales and B2B sales
- Ability to manage accounts effectively
- Proficiency in utilizing technology for sales purposes
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Excellent cold calling and sales management skills
- Analytical mindset for sales strategies
- Capability to conduct product demos and upselling techniques

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 – 35 per week
