Position Details

The Role:

We are seeking a globally minded leader who finds ways to thoughtfully balance the needs of our customer-facing teams. You will play a pivotal role in elevating the performance of our Sales and GTM organizations by enhancing selling skills, developing our sales playbook and customer journey, co-launching new products and features, and onboarding new team members.

This role will be fully remote, and will be instrumental in enabling our go-to-market teams to achieve their revenue targets, improve sales efficiency, and enhance customer acquisition and retention. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and all customer-facing teams to align GTM initiatives with overall business objectives.

More specifically, you will:

  • Deliver and continuously improve a new-hire training program designed to build a strong foundation of knowledge around Lumivero.

  • Provide ongoing training programs, coaching, and mentoring to equip our client facing teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to actively engage buyers, close deals, and meet revenue targets.

  • Align enablement efforts with key performance indicators, and business outcomes, while tracking value and impact such as ramp-up time, productivity, goals & competency achievements

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, sales, partnerships, and all customer-facing teams to help grow the business and increase field productivity at scale.

  • Respond to needs of the business by presenting productivity enhancing programs, processes, and content to adapt to rapidly evolving buyer behaviors and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement and sales effectiveness or related role.

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS.

  • Demonstrable ability to develop and organize engaging training content.

  • Demonstrable ability to effectively present content to sellers

  • Experienced leader with the ability to lead and influence in a cross-functional, matrixed organization, including how CS, Sales, Marketing, and Product work together.

  • Skilled in defining personas, enabling sales plays, and enabling sales processes.

  • Knowledge of sales fundamentals, including but not limited to sales methodologies, prospecting skills, pitch, driving urgency, etc.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to execute multiple initiatives at the same time.

  • Recent experience with SFDC and sales engagement platforms like Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar platforms required.
