Location:
While our headquarters are based in Tucson, AZ, this role can be fulfilled remotely. We welcome applications from candidates located anywhere in the United States, with an availability during daytime hours.
Role Overview:
The Sales Setter position is pivotal within our dynamic team. As the initial point of contact for potential clients, the Sales Setter embodies the values and professionalism of STEM Excellence Tutoring. By facilitating the transition of potential leads into our pipeline, this role plays a fundamental part in our growth, ensuring that every student gets the chance to benefit from our transformative programs. The position pays $15-$25/hour plus commission bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Promptly contact and engage with leads generated from our advertisements.
Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs, motivations, and fit for our programs.
Schedule sales calls for potential clients with our sales team.
Sign up qualified leads for private tutoring sessions as appropriate.
Uphold and communicate the company's value proposition, ensuring a positive first impression.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma is a must; a college diploma is highly preferred.
Familiarity with college-level science courses and the premed track is a significant plus.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive mindset with a knack for identifying and acting upon opportunities.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while being a collaborative team player.
