Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Our SaaS company needs the skills, passion, and energy of an exceptional SDR to expand our reach, book demos, and contribute to our fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and targeting potential customers for our SaaS product.
- Connecting with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualifying leads by understanding their business needs and how our SaaS solution can address them.
- Setting up product demos between potential customers and our sales team.
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives for next steps.
- Ensuring the CRM is updated with the latest prospect information and engagement activity.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
- Participating in sales team meetings for sharing best practices, discussing sales opportunities, and coordinating action plans.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an SDR, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related company.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in managing leads and sales processes through CRM systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with high volume outbound calling.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
