The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and supporting our sales team in achieving their targets.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, internet research, and email outreach.
- Outbound Sales Campaigns: Execute outbound sales campaigns, handle objections, and generate demo calls for Account Executives.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads from outbound and inbound campaigns using BANT and ICP qualification frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials, call strategies, and messaging.
- CRM Management: Maintain diligent records of sales activities in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
- Performance Tracking: Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Customer Interaction: Assist Account Executives with demo calls and closing deals.
- Continuous Improvement: Create and improve email sequences, call scripts, and other sales tools.
What You Bring
- Experience: 6 months in a similar prospecting role, preferably in B2B SaaS software products preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Hubspot), strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential clients.
- Attributes: High-energy, self-motivated, driven, and a strong desire for a career in sales.
- Language: Full fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Remote Work: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
What We Hope You Have
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the CyberSecurity industry, specifically Threat intelligence is a plus.
- Sales Techniques: Experience running outbound B2B demand generation and lead generation activities in software/SaaS/cloud technology.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
