We are looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) specializing in cold outreach via *email, LinkedIn, and phone* to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving our business development efforts, identifying and qualifying new leads, and setting up high-quality meetings with decision-makers in the service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute targeted cold outreach via *email, LinkedIn, and phone* to engage prospects and nurture relationships.

- Identify potential leads within the *service industry* using various tools and platforms.

- Set up *qualified meetings* for the sales team on a consistent *weekly basis*.

- Research and understand the needs of potential clients to tailor outreach messaging effectively.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute prospecting strategies.

- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and follow-ups in CRM systems.

- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for qualified meetings and lead conversions.

Key Qualifications:

- 1+ year of experience* in *cold outreach* (email, LinkedIn, phone) as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.

- Proven track record of setting up *qualified meetings* consistently.

- *Experience in the service industry* is mandatory, with an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficient in CRM software and outreach tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io, etc.).

- Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude and continuously improve outreach strategies.
