Position Details

Umbrella helps people to start and grow a digital marketing agency using our platform.

We power 3000+ agencies who rely on our technology and solutions to power their business.

As an SDR you'll engage with leads generated by our marketing team; qualify the leads and get them excited about joining Umbrella and talking with our experts.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and preferably a digital marketing background. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads generated by the marketing team to qualify, pre-sell, and set appointments between the leads and our expert team (closers)
  • Follow-up with missed appointments to get them excited again and rebook.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities

Requirements and skills

  • 1+ years in sales (preferably of digital marketing solutions, or BizOps, or Franchises, or Coaching, or SMBs SaaS).
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
