Job Description

Synaxa is seeking a results-driven sales development representative on a part-time basis to help build out our business development team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and setting appointments with technology leaders at qualified companies matching our target clientele. You should be comfortable using various communication tools such as LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach on the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Outreach. Identify prospects, build lead lists, and conduct outreach via phone and LinkedIn.
  • Relationship Building. Build initial relationships with senior technology leaders, introduce them to Synaxa, and teach them how we can help.
  • Appointment Setting. Qualify decision makers and, if appropriate, schedule meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building
  • Experience using LinkedIn for professional networking and social selling, as well as cold calling and using email to build relationships.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple leads and activities simultaneously
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales role associated with technology

Position Details

  • The expected workload for this part-time role is approximately 20 hours per week.
  • This is a fully remote role, however you must be able to work during normal business hours for Central Standard Time.
  • You must have access to a computer, stable internet, and an environment where you are able to conduct yourself professionally with no distractions.
  • This is a part time role; no health benefits are available at this time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
