Duties

• Conduct outbound calling, warm calling, and email to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients and pass leads to sales.
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to effectively communicate product offerings and services.
• Engage in inside sales activities to promote our technology solutions and drive business development.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in technology sales or business development.
• Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on outbound calling strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and understand their needs effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred but not mandatory.
• A strong desire to learn about our products, market trends, and best practices in sales techniques.
