Job Overview:

Delegation Den, a rapidly growing virtual assistant agency, is on the hunt for driven and ambitious sales professionals to join our remote team. We're a forward-thinking company founded by a small but mighty team, dedicated to revolutionizing the virtual assistant industry. Our mission is simple: connect businesses with skilled virtual assistants who can help streamline operations and drive growth.

As a Sales Representative at Delegation Den, your primary responsibility will be to cold call provided leads, keep detailed records of your outreach, and set up appointments for our experienced closers. You’ll play a crucial role in our growth by ensuring potential clients understand the value of our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold call provided leads and introduce them to our services.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions.
  • Set up appointments for our closers to close the deal.
  • Communicate effectively to convey the benefits of working with Delegation Den.
  • Follow up with potential clients to keep the momentum going.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proven track record in sales and customer service
- Experience in B2B sales and telemarketing
- Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce, and technology sales
- Ability to conduct outbound and warm calling
- Strong negotiation skills and business development acumen

What We Offer:

  • A remote work environment that offers flexibility and independence.
  • Competitive commission structure: Earn 25% of the deal value for the first month, with a 10% residual income every month thereafter.
  • The average amount earned per deal is usually $250
  • Free leads provided for all agents
  • The potential to set up three appointments a day, with earnings ranging from $800 to $2,500 a week based on past experience.
