Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a great attitude, eager to grow in a sales role, and comfortable with outreach and building client relationships. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating leads, dropping off brochures in the field, making cold calls, and following up with potential clients through email. You will play a critical role in building the sales pipeline and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drop off brochures and marketing materials to potential clients in the field
- Make cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest
- Follow up on leads via email, phone, and in-person visits
- Maintain and update sales records in the CRM system, ensuring all client interactions are tracked
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and meetings with qualified prospects
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for outreach and lead generation
- Provide feedback and insights on the effectiveness of marketing materials and sales strategies

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, in-person outreach, and follow-up communications
- A positive, "go-getter" attitude with a strong desire to succeed and grow in the role
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records is preferred
