We seek a talented and highly ethical SDR who’s an expert at setting appointments with local company owners.

Remote? Yes, WFH

Location: Within the United States

Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST

Part-Time Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 12pm PST OR 1pm to 5pm PST

Position Summary

As an integral part of our Lead Generation team, you will set presentation appointments with local company owners within California via outbound phone calls, emails and social media platforms. Your main goal is to sell our program’s benefits to qualifying prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Set meetings with qualified local company owners for presentations
  • Get owners to attend the meetings that they promised to attend
  • For uncommitted prospects, grow your relationship through creative, consistent follow-ups
  • Document all activities and add info to owner records in our CRM
  • Accurately add valuable info to each prospect record in our database
  • Have fun doing it!

Requirements

  • High integrity
  • Talented communicator
  • Reliable high-speed internet + PC and reliable phone connection
  • Responsive, responsible and good with follow-up
  • Quality and upbeat communication style in all interactions
  • Great attitude, independent, organized and motivated
  • Effective phone sales techniques and listening skills
  • Effective writer of emails and prospect-directed social media posts
  • Knows their way around LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram for B-to-B contacts
  • Ability to navigate multiple online platforms (Google Suite, Slack, Zoho, VoIP)
  • Quiet home setup for phone calling
  • Always learning and striving: Participation in training + weekly Zoom meetings with management
  • Minimum of 3 years (within the past 7) of very successful phone sales results
  • Expertise in selling auto service shop owners, home-related contractors, professionals and dentists highly preferred.

Work Location: Remote/Work from home (United States)

Compensation: $20/hr. + Commissions and Bonuses ($500 - $2,500 extra per month). Health benefits and PTO for full time employee.
