Join our sales team and drive great commissions on top of a regular base salary!

Ultimate Baker is a Washington based manufacturer of all natural cake and cocktail decorating products. Our lines are sold into bars, restaurants, hotels, casinos and many food establishments.

Ultimate Baker is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager to drive growth with new and existing customers across our brands. This in an immediate start position either based in our Bellingham location or via remote.

Duties:

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth
- Work with existing customers to seek out new sales opportunities and create more regular monthly order flows
- Develop strategies to drive business development across the US and Canada
- Generate and Follow up on all new leads to foster relationships and sales
- Lead project management initiatives related to business development efforts

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales and customer success
- Strong understanding of brand development
- A love of sales and entrepreneurial, go-getter attitude
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in ecommerce and online selling
- Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management

A love of cake and cocktail decorating would also be advantageous but not required.

This position offers a $35-40k base (depending on experience) plus attractive monthly sales-based incentives which are not capped on the upside. If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for driving sales and business growth, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
