Job Summary
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential customers. You will play a key role in increasing sales by building relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service. Preferred consultants/sales agents used to earning 6+ figures annually, but not required!
Duties
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize sales techniques to drive retail sales and meet targets
- Manage client accounts and provide after-sales support
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
- Upsell additional products or services to increase revenue
- Utilize Spanish language skills to cater to a diverse customer base
- Specialize in technology sales to effectively communicate product specifications
- Generate leads through various channels and follow up on inquiries promptly
- Manage territories efficiently to maximize sales potential
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in market analysis and understanding customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in technology sales is advantageous
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and territory management
