Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, business development, and outside sales. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to enhance performance.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business development efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology sales, outside sales, or technical sales is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and market research effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
- Demonstrated success in business development with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.

Pay: $56,912.00 - $65,109.00 per year
