Position Details

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, business development, and outside sales. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a team effectively while analyzing market trends to drive growth and enhance our market presence. Pay is commision based, per contract.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to enhance performance.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technology sales, outside sales, or technical sales is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and market research effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
  • Demonstrated success in business development with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $56,912.00 - $65,109.00 per year
