Overview
We are seeking a director of Sales to join our team to maximize revenue growth and market share. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and closing new clients in the program. We are looking for a person who is energetic , outgoing and able to speak to a variety of people. Will need to go through an in-person training on how to go through the sales process and what is required. The job is commission based.
Responsibilities
- Director/Head of sales
- Reach out to clients via email, phone and social media on a daily basis
-Meet with team weekly to discuss performance and implement different tactics to help close clients
-Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Adjust strategies as needed
Skills
- Please have sales experience
-Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Ability to write efficient emails
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
