The roleNurseStat is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Scout to join our growing team. As a critical member of our sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential healthcare facilities.

Where you’ll work

This is a 100% remote position.

What you’ll be doing

  • Proactively identify and contact potential clients with a designated territory.
  • Educate prospects on NurseStat’s services and benefits, while highlighting the value proposition.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
  • Build and nurture relationships with previously active NurseStat clients to re-establish strong partnerships.
  • Stay informed about NurseStat’s latest staffing solutions to effectively communicate their value and benefits it provides to client needs.

What you’ll need

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Data driven; Proficient in excel, reports, and similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for sales and a desire to succeed

The ideal candidate

  • Sales background
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Cold calling experience
  • Knowledge of staffing solutions
