Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commission Sales Representative to join our team. This is a remote, contract (1099) position with significant income and career growth potential. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our client base within the guns and ammo merchant space across the Eastern, Central, and Western USA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and research potential clients in the guns and ammo industry.
  • Utilize tools like Zoho One CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales Presentation Preparation
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations that highlight our value proposition.
  • Customize solutions to meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Closing Deals
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
  • Guide prospects through the sales cycle to a successful partnership.
  • Relationship Management
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related industries.
  • Experience with B2B sales and clients in the guns and ammo sector is a plus.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho One preferred) and sales tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Attributes

  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, including attending various trade shows if determined necessary

Compensation

The commission structure provides a path to a high six figure income. It is based on projects, recurring services and bonus structures.

Pay: $5,250.00 - $15,000.00 per month

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
