We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service, support, and management accounts.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional support.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Write up orders and schedule meetings
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance sales.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Generate new leads in assigned territory
- Create marketing proposals for clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in software, professional services, or education.
- Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this will enhance customer interaction.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing the customer experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
