Position Details

*Job Summary*

As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.

Hey there! We’re a small, fast-growing cleaning company based in Myrtle Beach, SC, and we’re searching for a driven and motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) with a passion for sales. Could this be you?

This isn’t your typical hourly job—we’re offering a commission-based structure with no earning limits. The more clients you bring in and manage, the more you earn! If you’re someone who thrives on hitting goals and loves having control over your income, this opportunity is for you.

Here’s how we pay:

  • $10 for each walk-through you generate – Just get us in the door, and you’re already earning.
  • $20 for each one-year+ contract you establish – Secure a long-term client, and you’re rewarded!
  • $10 for every service performed for that customer – Keep earning as long as the client continues with our services.

Here’s what the role involves:

  • Outbound lead generation – You’ll be the voice of our company, reaching out to potential clients.
  • Project management & coordination – Work closely with our General Manager to schedule teams and ensure clients are satisfied.
  • High fluency in English is a must since you’ll be communicating directly with customers.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Conduct demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales deals.
  • Implement effective territory management strategies to maximize sales potential.

*Skills*

- Proficient in analyzing market trends and identifying sales opportunities

- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals

- Experience in lead generation and account management

- Knowledge of retail, phone, and/or service sales, B2B sales, and conducting demos

- Ability to effectively manage territories and prioritize sales activities
