SAAS DIGITAL ACQUISITION MARKETING MANAGER
The Lonely Entrepreneur (www.lonelyentrepreneur.com) is looking for a seasoned, proven digital acquisition team member or consultant to drive growth of its B2C offerings including:
- The Lonely Entrepreneur Learning Community
- One on One Consulting (Sidekick)
- Individual Contributions to the Lonely Entrepreneur Non-Profit
The primary goal of this role is revenue generation generated from consumers. We are considering both full-time employees and consultants.
The Lonely Entrepreneur Learning Community
TLE’s core offering is The Lonely Entrepreneur Learning Community – a SAAS platform that serves as a one stop for much of the knowledge, tools and support an individual needs to start or grow a business. It gives entrepreneurs multiple ways to get the answers they need including:
- Knowledge: 2000 learning modules on business and personal issues entrepreneurs face
- Tools: 100s of templates (e.g., legal agreements) and reviews of vendors (e.g., CRM)
- Ongoing Support and Community: through two channels - an online community and group coaching - where they can get their questions answered
- Funding: exposure to funding opportunities
- Vendor Vetting and Deals: vetted vendors and deals (including some free services)

Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager Job Description
We’re looking for a Digital Acquisition specialist who can drive consumer purchases of our B2C solutions. Expertise in Google Ads, Hubspot are foundational required skills.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience with B2C campaigns and a high degree of digital marketing expertise related to optimizing the consumer funnel.
- Expertise on optimizing the consumer purchasing journey
- Understanding of web site and landing page best practices related to consumer purchasing
- Comfort with both strategizing and execution and an ability to self-manage.
- SEO strategy and execution a plus
While digital acquisition is the foundation of this role, skills in the areas of SEO optimization, traffic optimization and B2B lead generation are pluses.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
This role will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize the consumer conversion process and funnel (top of funnel, acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion)
- Optimize campaign performance after analyzing performance data.
- Work closely with the product and tech team to improve the conversion funnel through A/B testing, drive qualified traffic to our website and recommend improvements for growth
- Optimize the use of paid social media
- Optimize web site traffic through planning and executing SEO strategies including Google Analytics and keyword strategies
- Drive B2B lead generation for our B2B lead efforts
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Contribute to the overall brand and marketing strategy
- Implementation of the digital marketing strategy
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
The following requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a digital marketer
- Strong knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with optimizing the consumer acquisition funnel
- 5+ years of hands on experience related to all paid, referral, affiliate and organic channels in order to optimize conversion and drive acquisition
- Expertise with Google Ads, Hubspot and other common acquisition tools
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and keyword strategies
- Experience with paid social advertising and retargeting/ remarketing
- Knowledge of optimal user experience to drive consumer optimization
- Familiarity with web design platforms (e.g., Wordpress)
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
COMPENSATION:
$3k - $5K per month for consultants.
