Position Overview:
As a Renewal Specialist (1099), you'll focusing on retention of existing VIP client memberships and services. Your mission? Be the key player in nurturing robust connections with our valued clientele, ensuring their ongoing commitment to V Shred's transformative programs.
Responsibilities:
- Close high-ticket deals confidently.
- Renew existing coaching service contracts.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on V Shred's offerings.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches.
- Handle client objections professionally.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Use CRM system proficiently.
- Open to feedback for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high ticket closing, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to confidently and effectively close deals.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
- Knowledge of health and fitness industry trends is a plus.
- Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
Compensation: This position is entirely commission-based, and your earnings potential is directly tied to your sales performance. As an Independent Contractor, you will receive competitive commissions for each successful renewal.
