Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Remote Sales Representative who will be responsible for generating revenue by selling products or services to potential customers from a remote location. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. This role requires effective communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and have mastered the art of persuasion to negotiate and secure sales from qualified leads through closing.
Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the products or services and address customer questions and objections.
- Negotiate and Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, calls, and conversions, and regularly maintaining reports.
- Identify and support the adoption of market trends and technologies to stay ahead of the customer demand curve.
- Communicate regularly with the Corporate Administrator and Customer Service Team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers remotely.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems, databases, and web-based platforms. Google Suites, CallRail and Pandadoc.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if required.
- A quiet and dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment suitable for remote sales activities.
