Your Role: Remote Insurance Solutions Specialist

Embark on an exciting journey as a Remote Insurance Solutions Specialist, where you have the power to control your earning potential and work schedule. As a specialist, your role is to connect with business owners, build rapport, and book appointments for our licensed agents. By leveraging your communication skills and following our proven script, you can unlock a world of financial opportunities and professional growth.

In this dynamic role, you'll have the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home, eliminating the need for a daily commute or rigid office hours. With the flexibility to choose your working hours, you can create a schedule that aligns perfectly with your lifestyle and personal commitments.

What We Offer

Lucrative pay structure: Our Remote Insurance Solutions Specialists have the potential to earn significant income based on their performance. Here's how it works:

Base Payment: You'll receive a base payment of $8 for every 30 connected calls you make. Connected calls are defined as calls where you successfully reach and speak with a prospect using the phone number provided by Tatch.

Additional Payments: On top of the base payment, you can earn additional income based on the outcome of each connected call:

  • When you obtain the business owner's email and/or phone number, you'll earn an extra $1 per call.
  • When you obtain the business owner's email and/or phone number and successfully book an appointment, you'll earn an extra $2 per call.
  • When a prospect clearly states their interest in receiving a quote, provides information about their current insurance costs, and agrees to a booked appointment, you'll earn an extra $5 per call.

Earnings Breakdown: Your earnings will be calculated based on your weekly performance. For example, if you make 600 connected calls in a week and achieve the following outcomes:

  • 100 calls where you obtain the owner's contact information ($1 extra per call)
  • 200 calls where you obtain the owner's contact information and book an appointment ($2 extra per call)
  • 100 calls where the prospect requests a quote, provides current insurance cost information, and agrees to a booked appointment ($5 extra per call)
  • Your earnings for that week would be: $600 base payment ($8 per 30 calls) + $100 (owner's contact information) + $400 (owner's contact information and booked appointment) + $500 (quote request with insurance cost information and booked appointment) = $1,600 total earnings.

Uncapped Earning Potential: There is no limit to how much you can earn as a Remote Insurance Solutions Specialist. The more calls you make and the better outcomes you achieve, the higher your income potential.

If you are licensed in insurance sales, you can earn 60% commission on top of this for completing the sale.

  • Cold outreach to book meetings with owners of businesses to discuss their insurance needs
  • Collect relevant details about potential clients' businesses and insurance needs
  • Collaborate with core sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in sales, preferably in SMB insurance or related fields
  • Strong understanding of the targeted commercial industries (roofing, bars, nightclubs, etc.)
