As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential customers. This role involves utilizing your sales skills to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
Duties
- Conduct warm and outbound calling to prospective customers
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Use Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads and opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or technology sales
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with warm calling and outbound calling techniques
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
Work Location: Remote
