Relationship Builder: Connecting with 10–20+ prospects daily means you’ll need excellent people skills to build rapport.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Keep our CRM up to date to track your deals and keep them moving forward.
Sales or Land Experience: Experience in sales or land real estate will set you up for success.
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with real estate concepts (e.g., land features like slope and utilities) is a plus.
Compensation:
Training Period: $120–$150 per week for 3 weeks (based on experience), plus $100–$250 per sale.
Commission-Based Income: After training, your income is based on commissions with passive earnings from each sale. There’s no cap on what you can earn!

You’re looking for or expect a salary—this is a commission-based role where income starts small but will not stay small. The more effort you put in, the more you’ll earn over time. You have no sales experience—sales or land experience is required.
You’re uncomfortable making frequent phone calls—most of your time will be spent engaging with prospects over the phone.

Training in software and systems will be provided.
