About the Role:
As a General Manager, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Be the face of CZS in your community, building partnerships with local businesses like gyms, restaurants, clubs, and other pet-related services.
- Sales and Marketing: Implement proven strategies from our Indianapolis branch, including social media marketing and local outreach, to generate leads and grow the business.
- Recruit and Manage: Hire and manage a team of dedicated pet sitters, ensuring high-quality service for our clients.
- Flexible Hours: After the initial setup phase, enjoy a semi-passive role requiring only about 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Build Local Partnerships: Connect with local businesses to promote CZS.
- Marketing Initiatives: Use social media and other channels to increase brand awareness.
- Lead Conversion: Turn leads into loyal customers using proven sales techniques.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

- Competitive Salary: Start at 30% of the monthly profits generated in your city, with the potential to earn more as the business grows.
- Expected Income: Within 6 months, you should be making about $50,000 in monthly revenue. With an average profit margin of 50%, this translates to $25,000 in profit, of which your take-home pay would be $7,500 a month.
