About the Role:

As a General Manager, you will:

  • Lead and Inspire: Be the face of CZS in your community, building partnerships with local businesses like gyms, restaurants, clubs, and other pet-related services.
  • Sales and Marketing: Implement proven strategies from our Indianapolis branch, including social media marketing and local outreach, to generate leads and grow the business.
  • Recruit and Manage: Hire and manage a team of dedicated pet sitters, ensuring high-quality service for our clients.
  • Flexible Hours: After the initial setup phase, enjoy a semi-passive role requiring only about 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Local Partnerships: Connect with local businesses to promote CZS.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Use social media and other channels to increase brand awareness.
  • Lead Conversion: Turn leads into loyal customers using proven sales techniques.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Team Recruitment: Hire and train pet sitters, utilizing our efficient system.
  • Revenue Growth: Focus on increasing revenue through various marketing and sales strategies.

Compensation:

  • Competitive Salary: Start at 30% of the monthly profits generated in your city, with the potential to earn more as the business grows.
  • Expected Income: Within 6 months, you should be making about $50,000 in monthly revenue. With an average profit margin of 50%, this translates to $25,000 in profit, of which your take-home pay would be $7,500 a month.
  • Growth Opportunities: Potential for equity shares if you prove your loyalty and skill in increasing revenue and creating a positive customer experience.
