As an Insurance Agent with The Deivert Agency - Insurance Wealth Management, you will help clients achieve their financial and insurance goals while building a great career for themselves in the process. Utilizing our expansive product lines (30+ Carriers), our partners work to guide individuals, families, and businesses toward the financial strategy that is right for them. That is no easy task (it is simple, not easy) but for the right person, it can be a truly rewarding career.

We have full confidence in our products but more importantly, we have confidence in our 1-1 mentorship and support, effective communication, the only industry-leading value-based lead program, & training platforms. If you are looking for a "get out what you put in" career change, this is it.

Going forward, we will only be bringing 2-3 brokers on board each month. This is because we understand to give the necessary support in this industry, we do not want to be spread too thin. This ensures we are available to offer the support and communication you truly deserve & need.

The brokers that we ultimately decide to partner with should have these qualities:

-1+ year of sales experience preferred w/ an entrepreneurial mindset.
-Coachable.
-Perseverance in the face of a challenge, the ability to take a “no”. Understanding of sales being a "numbers game" + the need for follow-up.
-True belief that you can accomplish anything that you set your mind to.
-Strong communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail.
-True appreciation for the opportunity to help others.
-Strong business acumen.
-Well skilled with technology, such as computers, Google Drive, Excel, Word, etc.

Our new, blended training and development program is designed to work with your schedule, and in this type of role, that can make all the difference. The multifaceted system includes a comprehensive "road map" and user-friendly learning experience within our online training system that is accessible anytime, anywhere, and from any device. Learn when and how you want! Truly 100% remote pieces of training and appointments with 1-1 mentorship and support.

We also offer a personal admin to each of our agents, free of charge, that will do the mundane tasks for the agents, including but not limited to: calling the carriers and following up on applications, following up with clients, sending out promotions goals, track #s, & much more. Leaving the agents to do what they do best, discussing the client's needs.

  • If unlicensed, we help cover 75% of your state’s licensing course cost. If you are selected to move forward, are you able to cover the other 25% ($49.99) within 3-5 days of being interviewed? (we will cover the other 25% if you pass the course within 2 weeks)
