Responsibilities
- Identify and group provided targets to building or property owner.
- Identify and contact the building or property owner in person at the property, property management office, or leasing office.
- Coordinate and receive written access agreements permitting company access to conduct a site survey on premise.
- Send Proposal and supporting marketing materials.
- Utilize SharePoint Excel Tracker, as provided by company, to manage pipeline from Prospecting to Closed Won/Closed Lost.
- Provide status reporting and updates as requested by company, using company's requested formatting and tools.
- Attend and participate in regular daily/weekly funnel management and best practice coaching meetings with company MDP team.
- Upload to the relevant section of SharePoint Excel Tracker any property information if missing.
Qualifications
- Prior fiber sales experience ONLY, preferably with Multi-Dwelling Properties.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both with management and leads
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong ability and desire to beat deadlines and follow up with leads on a frequent basis
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
Compensation package:
- 1099 contract
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Uncapped commission
