Job Description:
As a Referral Partner for The Money Game, your primary responsibility will be generating leads and providing individuals with the information they need to access ACA health insurance. You'll connect with potential clients and share the link or number to help them get started with their health coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize your strong communication skills to identify and connect with individuals who may benefit from ACA health insurance. Use a proactive approach to generate high-quality leads and share the necessary resources to help them get started with their health coverage.
- Lead Outreach: Engage with potential clients who have expressed interest in ACA health insurance. Provide them with the relevant link or phone number to reach out for more information and enrollment.
- Client Engagement: Effectively communicate the benefits of ACA health insurance to potential clients, encouraging them to take the next steps in securing their coverage.
- Product Knowledge: Receive comprehensive training on ACA health insurance options so you can confidently share accurate information and address any initial inquiries from leads.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently to generate leads and provide information effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
