We are seeking a dynamic and motivated organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant/SEO Marketing Leader to join our team. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our agents and help ensure smooth operations in our office. Responsibilities:
- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications
- Conduct market research to gather information on available properties, recent sales, and market trends
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings on various platforms (Must have lead generating exp) Bring in Clients/Listings
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures and online listings
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate administration or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
- Familiarity with administrative tasks in a real estate (Business Brokerage/Commercial Property) office setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software

This candidate will work closely with the Crespo Services management and to content and write, analyze, review and implement content optimized for search engines. The CS team is dedicated to creating amazing content that will support our community’s objectives and is looking for an SEO and Marketing Specialist to help us get that content in front of the right audiences and grow CS's reach.
Current, in-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting and analysis, and the behaviors of search engines are required for success in this role. As the SEO and Marketing Specialist, you will be expected to analyze existing content and data while identifying new strategies to optimize the team’s content creation for CS’s websites and social channels.
