THE ROLE:

The sales representative role will support our business development through outreach to leads, qualifying client candidates and setting sales calls. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is enthusiastic about connecting with CEO personal brands who align with our PR services and offering them solutions to their visibility goals!

We work with purpose-driven founders and help them reach wider audiences and increase their credibility through powerful media exposure. Our services are high-ticket. This sales role will focus on targeting quality candidates over quantity.

The ideal candidate has an eye for our aligned client type, has strong research skills, is confident conducting outreach to cold and warm leads via email and social media platforms, and possesses strong written sales and qualifying skills.

This role will support revenue growth by identifying and securing new and aligned business opportunities, managing lead communications, and maintaining organization within our CRM system. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and written skills, and a proven ability to spot aligned leads, open cold leads, qualify warm leads and set sales calls.

This is a part-time, commission-based position that reports directly to the CEO with opportunity for growth toward a full-time position. Commission is uncapped. Experience within a PR agency setting or a PR or journalism background is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct lead research, generation and outreach.

Manage leads on a day-to-day basis and ensure timely follow-up.

Oversee sales pipeline management and communicate updates to management.

Keep CRM updated with accurate reporting of sales activities.

Schedule sales meetings.

Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports to management.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Participate in and contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions.

EXPECTATIONS:

Sales experience, preferably in a PR agency or related industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Ability to meet daily sales communication targets.

Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize sales conversations effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales.
