Position Overview:
As a Lead Generation & Business Development Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of expanding our client base. You’ll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and set appointments for our sales team. With the flexibility to work remotely or hybrid, this part-time role offers a perfect balance between professional engagement and personal life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify new leads: Research and identify potential business leads through online platforms and databases.
  • Engage with prospects: Reach out to businesses via phone and email to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Build and nurture relationships: Develop relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and ensure Sawgrass Cleaning Solutions stays top-of-mind.
  • Schedule meetings: Coordinate walkthroughs and consultations between interested prospects and our sales team.
  • Maintain CRM records: Ensure all lead information and client interactions are accurately tracked in our CRM system for timely follow-up.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Enthusiasm for lead generation and business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM systems and a detail-oriented approach to managing leads.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement is a plus.
