Job Summary:
WeBranding Global is engaged in a Market-to-Market (MTM) technology platform tailored for the apparel industry. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to drive sales and expand our client base. This role is essential for managing customer interactions, converting quotes into orders, and promoting innovative tech solutions designed for apparel businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with existing and prospective customers in the apparel industry.
- Convert quotes into orders through proactive follow-up and effective communication regarding our MTM tech platform.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities by researching potential leads within the apparel market.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations that effectively showcase the benefits and features of our technology.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with our platform offerings.
Qualifications:
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
- Proven skills in sales presentations and relationship building.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in new business development and lead generation, particularly in the apparel or tech industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven track record in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with technology platforms in the apparel industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
