RezEvents and Leaderboard Games provides events that are held at various food & beverage venues across the country. Our goal is to entertain the guests and help build a great community of players. The Game Nights are live-hosted in person events, feature an interactive format that is fun and easy to play.

About the Gig:

RezEvents Outbound Call Team Member leads the way in our outreach to new venues. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using a provided list or leads database.
• Introduce our products/services and educate prospects on their benefits.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and set appointments for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Document and update customer records in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales goals and targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits clearly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
• Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $15-25/hour average rate. Pay based on number of calls made.
