Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and warm leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for technology sales, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and update customer information.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate interest and qualify leads for further follow-up.
- Build rapport with potential customers through effective communication and relationship management.
- Negotiate terms of sales and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on lead generation initiatives.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to help shape product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience in technology sales or software solutions is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully.
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is a plus.
- Familiarity with warm calling techniques to engage potential clients effectively.
- Strong business development acumen with a focus on achieving targets.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a nice-to-have skill that can enhance communication with diverse clients.

Pay: $976.00 - $2,100.00 per week
