Optavise is seeking passionate and driven individuals who want to earn a great living, enjoy a flexible schedule, and positively impact the lives of our clients and their employees. As a part of our team, you will educate, advise, and serve, helping to improve the quality of life for countless people. We offer a weekly training bonus for the first four weeks to help you hit the ground running, along with hands-on field training with the Regional Manager.
This is a business-to-business sales position where you’ll assist employers in enhancing their benefit plans by offering top-tier supplemental health and life insurance products to their employees. You'll work with our existing accounts, including school districts, local governments, and small businesses, as well as re-open dormant accounts and develop new business—all without ever paying for a lead. Our advanced sales systems and technology platforms are designed to ensure your success.
