Optavise is seeking passionate and driven individuals who want to earn a great living, enjoy a flexible schedule, and positively impact the lives of our clients and their employees. As a part of our team, you will educate, advise, and serve, helping to improve the quality of life for countless people. We offer a weekly training bonus for the first four weeks to help you hit the ground running, along with hands-on field training with the Regional Manager.

This is a business-to-business sales position where you’ll assist employers in enhancing their benefit plans by offering top-tier supplemental health and life insurance products to their employees. You'll work with our existing accounts, including school districts, local governments, and small businesses, as well as re-open dormant accounts and develop new business—all without ever paying for a lead. Our advanced sales systems and technology platforms are designed to ensure your success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Network and collaborate with business owners, CEOs, and other key decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for clients and prospects.
  • Demonstrate the technical knowledge required to communicate our solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis.
  • Utilize strategic thinking and innovation based on market knowledge, carrier offerings, and product understanding, including key technical and financial considerations.

Selected individuals will receive comprehensive sales training and dependable home office support to build their business and achieve the unlimited growth potential unique to the employee benefits industry and Optavise as a national leader.

  • Licensed agents preferred; Life and Health license is strongly preferred

  • Ability to earn client trust and manage relationships effectively

Training and Benefits:
