*Job Summary*
The business development representative generates and develops leads and facilitates sales transactions by directing prospects towards suitable products that best meet their needs. Through this process, the business development representative identifies and uncovers needs while explaining product features and benefits to potential customers. As part of the role, the business development representative will accompany the client through the entire sales cycle.
This positions responsibilities and requirements include;
- Minimum 2 year’s professional consultative sales experience focused on strategic business planning.
- Experience selling to HR leaders and other C-level positions a plus.
- Lead generation, identifying qualified prospects.
- Exemplifying the core mission, vision and values of Identitype and IdentiQuest.
- Consultative sales approach by recommending the most appropriate product or service to meet their needs
- Lead the sales process from end to end, including account maintenance.
- Product knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
- Professionalism within communication and presentation.
- Sales transactions: Process sales transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales demos: Conduct sales demos or product presentations.
- Customer service skills, thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Negotiating skills, and Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Other duties, as assigned.

Pay: $40,048.00 - $69,369.00 per year
