Compensation: $2,000/month base salary + generous commission and bonus structure (potential annual earnings of $125,000+)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team! This role is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in sales with uncapped earning potential. You will be responsible for selling POSTO Pods to campgrounds, resorts, and other potential buyers, creating relationships, and closing deals.

In this role, you’ll have clear sales goals and benchmarks to guide your success, with bonuses tied to performance. You’ll also be fully supported by our ownership team, who are committed to ensuring you have the tools, resources, and guidance you need to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and responding to inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with campground owners, glamping locations, resorts, and other industry contacts.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos virtually to showcase the benefits of POSTO Pods.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize earning potential, with bonuses available for hitting key milestones.
  • Attend occasional conferences and industry events (less than 10% travel) to network and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build and grow a strong sales pipeline to reach company objectives.
  • Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot is a huge plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, staying motivated and proactive.
  • Comfortable with using digital tools for presentations and customer relationship management.
  • Interest in or knowledge of the glamping, outdoor living, or campground industries is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and events (less than 10%).

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
