*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for sales and leadership, recruiting & team building, an eagerness to learn & train on ALL mortgage products, capable of driving business growth through effective strategies and devloping & maintaining client relationships. *Responsibilities* - Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base - Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and performance - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue objectives - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction - Drive business development initiatives to explore new markets and opportunities *Experience* - 5+ years proven and documented experience in mortgage sales management, mortgage account management, and business development - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards success - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions - Familiarity with CRM software is preferred. Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
