Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Sales & Marketing Executive Assistant to join our team. Please note this is purely a Commission-Based Job which may lead to a result-oriented candidate to be offered a full-time role. This role is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a focus either on Medical sales or technology sales. The successful candidate will be able to analyze data, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- The selected candidates will be to work during their desired hours but preferably during the working office hours.
- Your duties may involve cold calling and referring prospective clients.
- Conduct outside sales calls to promote our technology solutions to potential clients.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights on market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with your assigned team leader to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Support the sales and marketing teams in achieving their goals and objectives.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including business development and technology sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Selected candidates will be provided support and training/briefing about the products.
