Position Details

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Acquisition Salesperson to join our Wholesale Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact agents and sellers representing leads to gather initial property details and express potential interest. (We will provide you with leads.)
  • Nurture your assigned leads: regularly follow up with agents and sellers for new leads and potential deals, ensuring a robust pipeline and fostering long-term professional relationships.
  • Follow-up: Maintain communication with agents and sellers to track the status of pending deals, revisiting negotiations as needed until the deal is closed or declared inactive.
  • Gather Property Details: Collect detailed information on the Condition, Occupancy, Motivation, Price and Timeline of properties while establishing rapport with agents and sellers.
  • Negotiate Terms: Communicate with agents and sellers to negotiate the best possible terms for our team.
  • Submit Offer Details to Sales Manager: Provide the Sales Manager with detailed property information to facilitate competitive offer creation.
  • Set appointments for assigned leads (i.e. walkthrough’s, inspections, etc.)
  • Attend weekday meetings unless excused with the Sales Manager 24 hrs prior to meeting.
  • Provide the Sales Manager with reports of all sales activity on a weekly basis.
  • Enter all relevant notes and any progress on leads, into company CRM on a daily basis.
  • Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue.

Jr. Acquisition:

  • Minimum 6 hours per day on the phone or cumulatively 30 hrs for the week
  • Minimum 10 conversations per day
  • Minimum 3 Soft offers (Letter of Intent) emailed a week
  • Minimum 1 Contract a week

Sr. Acquisition:

  • Minimum 8 hours per day on the phone or cumulatively 40 hours for the week
  • Minimum 20 conversations/day
  • Minimum 5 Soft offers (Letter of Intent) emailed a week
  • Minimum 3 Contracts a week
  • Minimum 2 Closing a month
