DirectX is seeking to onboard a very few agents to opens up a world of opportunities, blending the dynamic fields of technology and logistics. The Opportunity:

We are on the search for motivated, commission-based agent who possess:

  • Transportation Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the logistics sector is crucial for addressing client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Actively seek out new clients through networking, cold-calling, and social media outreach. Use market research to identify and target potential leads.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct detailed demonstrations of the DirectX Workspace to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits tailored to their business needs.
  • Sales Conversion: Drive sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of DirectX services and handling objections to convert leads into customers.
  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the DirectX Workspace platform to its full potential.
  • Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring they are satisfied and fully utilizing DirectX services.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and address any concerns promptly.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to position DirectX advantageously in the market.
  • Reporting: Regularly update CRM systems with client interactions, and provide sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
