Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Conversion: Drive sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of DirectX services and handling objections to convert leads into customers.
- Customer Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the DirectX Workspace platform to its full potential.
- Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring they are satisfied and fully utilizing DirectX services.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and address any concerns promptly.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to position DirectX advantageously in the market.
