Tail Customer Insights Program
The TCI Program is a US based research team tasked with collecting qualitative, narrative based feedback from businesses using new and existing products. TCI offers an array of different studies to satisfy stakeholder curiosity at every stage of the product development cycle. Our team serves as a vital link between the product development/go-to-market teams and the users of the products. We aim to deliver objective, narrative driven feedback on the quality of user experience, performance, as well as the relative value of the product, so that the development teams can prioritize improvements, gauge product effectiveness, and guide marketing communications.
