About the Company:

Wdevs.com is a web and software development company specializing in outsourcing and outstaffing services. Founded in 2007, we initially established our development office in Ukraine and our sales office in the U.S. Today, we operate fullyremotely, with team members across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, while most management and sales resources are based in the U.S.

Job Description:

As our Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to drive the sales of our outsourcing and outstaffing services and continuously expand inbound lead sources. You’ll work closely with our marketing and technical teams, leveraging existing presentations and templates to create customized sales strategies. You will also contribute to developing new sales campaigns and proposing innovative solutions to engage potential clients.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Proven success in selling outsourcing and outstaffing services.
  • A solid understanding of software development, frameworks, and technologies (coding not required, but effective communication about our services is essential).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • A network of relevant contacts who may be potential clients or could serve as referral partners.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive base salary with a LIFETIME commission structure on clients you bring in. Commission rates go up to 20%, depending on the client and the rates they pay.

Base Salary: $48,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Commission: Up to 20%, depending on technology and client rates.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
