**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or other languages is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance.
- A strong understanding of insurance policies and benefits administration.
