This is a partially remote position with travel to the office and meetings.
Experienced commercial insurance professional with ability to handle all aspects of customer service and client relationship building. Involved with marketing of accounts and interactions with underwriters to provide service and support.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional talent in customer service, be able to assess client coverage needs and build professional relationships based on the agencies core values.
Prior Experience Qualifications Required
- Proven track record in commercial insurance account management
- Insurance agency management system excellence.
- Knowledge of insurance applications and submission procedures.
- Ability to provide technical support to Producers.
- Experience with set up of accounts, suspense and follow up of outstanding items.
- Account marketing including complex lines of business including insurance schedules and proposals.
- Ability to handle client and carrier requests and other related items accurately and on time.
- Documenting and maintaining customer files accurately and consistently.
- Ability to respond and assist clients with coverage knowledge, exclusions and exposures.
- Ability to identify client coverage needs.
- Follow agency procedures and account management policies.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
