## Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through calling, telemarketing, and negotiating deals with potential customers. If you have a passion for surgical / medical education, sales, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
## Responsibilities
- Conduct calls to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales
- Negotiate and close deals with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
## Skills
- Experience in inside sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers
- Proficiency in using sales software tools
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales
- Ability to work well in a team environment
