WHAT DO WE DO?:
Raising revenue at our partnered universities through corporate sponsorships, ticket sales, and NIL solutions is our bread and butter. We are tasked with managing these three sources of revenue by creating outbound relationships with local business and corporate partners to give them unique advertising opportunities to sell their brand, give fans the best experience possible with our group & season ticket packages, and giving student athletes the best opportunities for their future through unique NIL solutions.
Position Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our remote inside sales program. As an inside sales intern, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of tickets, catering to various customer needs from individual game tickets to exclusive premium packages for our partnered universities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and the sports/entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell tickets through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of our ticket offerings including single game tickets, group packages, season passes, and premium ticket options.
- Utilize sales techniques to effectively communicate the value proposition of each ticket type to potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience and increase retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to execute targeted sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to ticket purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
